Crisis Communications

Who should attend?

Those with responsibility to direct communications in crises and emergencies. This is likely to include Chief Executives / MDs, Board Members, Senior Managers, Operations Managers and Risk Managers.

Course Aim: To equip delegates with a working knowledge of crisis communications management.

Course Objectives:

On completion of this course delegates will understand:

  • The need to manage information in a crisis
  • Media handling and public perception in a crisis
  • How to devise a crisis communication strategy
  • How to produce a media holding statement
  • How to target communications.
